I booked them for some basic boat maintenance, mostly cleaning with a few small checks. In my experience, they showed up late and I noticed a couple spots they missed, so I had to point them out. The price seemed reasonable enough, but the whole job felt a little rushed to me. It wasn’t awful or anything, I just probably wouldn’t go with them again.

The views were nice, not gonna lie, but the whole experience felt kinda meh. For the price, I expected way more, and the website definitely made it look cooler than it actually was.

The location was way too far out for me. The extra travel felt unnecessary, and it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

We did get to see dolphins, which was really cool and definitely the highlight. That said, the boat felt crowded compared to other tours I’ve been on, and it made the whole trip feel a bit rushed. I’m glad we went, but I wish there had been a little more space and time to enjoy it.

Tbh, the boat was dirty when we got on. The seats had marks on them, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and there was old trash sitting around. It just didn’t feel ready for customers at all. Kinda ruined the start of the trip for us, ngl.

We had a really nice time on this tour. Booking was simple, everything felt well organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. The only reason I’m not giving it full marks is that it felt a bit short for the price. That said, it was still a fun experience, and I felt comfortable with the company overall. I’d consider going again, especially if they offered a longer version.

I don’t think it’s worth the money. The whole thing feels overpriced for what you get, and having to keep going through verification over and over just made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I booked a tour through purefl.com and, I don’t know, the whole thing just felt kind of thrown together. The meeting point wasn’t explained clearly, then the time got changed at the last minute, and when we asked staff what was going on, we kept getting different answers, which made it even more confusing.
We ended up standing around waiting more than actually enjoying the tour, which is always frustrating, especially when you’ve planned your day around it. There wasn’t really a proper apology either. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, who knows, but I don’t think I’d book with them again.

We went hoping it would be fun for the kids, but they got bored quickly. There wasn’t much guidance on family-friendly stuff either, so we were kind of left wandering around like members of the Confused Tourist Club. Not the best pick if you’re bringing kids along.

I had a job scheduled with Pure FL, and of course it ended up being the week with nonstop rain. They did reach out to say things had to be pushed back, which I completely understood. I mean, obviously no one can control the weather, so I was trying to be very chill about it.

The only part that got a little frustrating was that the updates were slow, and I had to check in first a couple of times. The work did get done in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. Just not the smoothest experience overall. Fine, but not amazing.
